Veganios™ (www.Veganios.com) is a marketplace for everything plant-based and vegan.
Veganios™ and its related subsidiaries affiliates and concerns (collectively “Company”, "we", or "us") values your privacy. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect information about you. We also provide information regarding how you can access and update your information and make certain choices about how your information is used. The detailed Privacy Policy can be accessed here.
This document outlines the Terms of Service of Veganios. It explains the rules that anyone needs to follow when they visit Veganios, it’s affiliated websites, social media channels and Apps.
Veganios offers a select platform for everything related to plant-based and vegan products.
We have three main types of parties involved:
- Marketplace
- Seller
- Buyer/Customer
1. Marketplace - Veganios is a marketplace for everything related to plant-based and vegan. The company at its discretion may set policies for listing of products and the criteria for qualifying or removing sellers from the marketplace. The end objective of all policies are related to what’s best for the customer and the community this marketplace serves.
2. Sellers - Veganios is open to sellers (individuals or companies and their affiliates) who have certified plant-based and vegan products. These include goods in the categories defined as Foods & Grocery, Health & Nutrition, Books and Supplements, or newer categories as defined by Veganios. The prices of these products are set by individual sellers and Veganios does not set prices for any of these vegan and plant-based products.
3. Buyer/Customer - Veganios is a marketplace for people who need plant-based and vegan products to come here and buy them. These buyers include parties such as: individuals, families, or organizations.
How to buy and sell on the marketplace:
- Sellers get an invitational email or a social media message from Veganios to join the marketplace.
- The sellers may also contact Veganios via email or social media to request an invitation to join the marketplace.
- Once Sellers fulfill the requirements to join the marketplace, they will be approved as sellers and will be able to create their own store page, use their marketing materials and list their products for sale on the marketplace.
- Veganios charges a varying rates of listing fees (TBD) from sellers to list their products and commission on sales made in the marketplace.
- Buyers can visit the Veganios website and browse without creating an account.
- Once the buyer decides to buy an item, they may create an account or login with other social media credentials or checkout as a guest.
- Veganios works in a secure SSL environment to protect any financial data that the buyer shares to purchase the product.
- The physical products are shipped to the buyer as per the shipping policies set by the seller for their store.
